WHERE TO STAY

We won't be renting a block of rooms, but there are a lot of incredible places in Montauk to stay. Some of our favorite places are below.

We highly recommend doing VRBO, Airbnb or checking out one of the locales listed. There are a lot of other weddings in town the same weekend so would highly encourage folks to book as soon as possible. Note some places are already sold out.

TRAVELING TO MONTAUK

TRAINS

Long Island Railroad trains depart Penn Station in midtown NYC and Jamaica Station in Queens and go directly to Montauk. There is a train stop located in the heart of Montauk on Edgemere Street and Fort Pond Road. One mile north Old Montauk Highway. This is the fastest route to take during rush hour (about 3 hours). Beers and snacks are welcomed and encouraged to pass the time! Note, please be sure to check the train schedule since many folks have reported the trains are running irregularly Friday September 7th.

Schedules can be found here: http://lirr42.mta.info/

PLANES

The closest airports are LGA and JFK.

From LGA/JFK you can rent a car and drive out to Montauk (about 2.5 hours) or take a 10 minute cab and catch the LIRR train at Jamaica Station. JFK also has an air train transport directly to the Jamaica Station.

AUTOMOBILES

Southern State Parkway to Exit 44 East. Take Sunrise Highway (Route 27) to Montauk.
